	Using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) which is very easy to use and understand, you can transfer your site backup to our remote server either manually or using
the feature provided by cPanel control panel, which is widely offered control panel by the web hosting companies. You can even setup an automated cronjob (scheduled task) in order to mirror your site content on regular interval as often as you wish (your host must offer cronjob facility to setup). Please refer to the following tutorials and a third party free php script to accomplish this easily.


	If you are hosting your website and even though your host backup their servers, you still needs backup solution to safe guard your site content. Many hosts with virtual private, or dedicated servers have a single point of failure: their hard drive.

You pay this amount monthly to us through PayPal via a subscription. Your subscription is automatically renewed, but you can cancel it at any time.


	Although we strive to maintain an excellent standard of service, our service is dependent on that of our providers. We do not offer an SLA.
We are bound by our upstream provider's rules and regulations and may terminate any user's account at any time by refunding them their most recent subscription payment and giving them three days notice to move back any account they might need. By purchasing a subscription through us, you are not obligated to keep paying the recurring monthly fee. If you wish, you may cancel a subscription at any time through your PayPal. Alternatively, we can cancel the subscription for you.
